I’m sure most are aware that Royal Mail has had a series of strikes at various sorting offices over the country recently and these are still ongoing.

 

From the feedback we’ve had the worst areas affected have been London, where post is taking as long as 2 weeks to arrive in some instances although the Royal Mail website states just 1 weeks disruption, and also the Bristol/Bath area where things are taking 3 or 4 extra days to arrive.

 

Please note that we send all packages either First Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, depending on the item’s value, so if you are still waiting for an item and we haven’t been in touch do contact us and we can provide you with a tracking number so you can locate your items.
